With over a decade of experience across manufacturing, industrial automation, and sensor technology, Naganandana A J brings a strong foundation in mechanical and electronics engineering to the leadership of our company. His career has spanned key roles in quality assurance, technical marketing, sales engineering, and product development—serving some of the most demanding sectors, including aerospace, oil & gas, machine tools, and automotive.

Driven by a passion for innovation and problem-solving, Naganandana founded this company with a vision to deliver reliable, high-performance sensor solutions and automation products tailored to the needs of modern industries. His expertise in hydrostatic level sensors, sensor system integration, and industrial applications forms the backbone of our product philosophy: simple, scalable, and engineered for precision.

Prior to starting this venture, he held senior positions at Marposs India Pvt. Ltd. and Esya Engineering Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully led projects involving custom solutions, complex client requirements, and cross-functional engineering teams. He is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and well-versed in CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, reflecting his customer-centric approach to business development.

At the heart of his leadership is a belief in long-term partnerships, continuous improvement, and delivering solutions that go beyond products—solving real problems, increasing efficiency, and creating value for every customer.

Mr. Pranay Rakesh is an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer, graduated in 2021, with a strong background in sensor technology and product development. He has worked extensively on GMR-based Hydrostatic Level Sensors in collaboration with CSIR–NAL, contributing to research and industrial applications in precision measurement.

In 2021, he was awarded the National Bio-Entrepreneur Competition Award, recognizing his innovation and potential in technology-driven solutions. Over the past years, he has focused on industrial sensor development, electronics design, and product improvisation, with applications ranging from advanced LED drivers to smart environmental monitoring systems.

Currently, Mr. Rakesh is leading efforts to establish a technology-driven enterprise dedicated to reliable, scalable, and future-ready sensing solutions. His work reflects a commitment to innovation, quality, and impactful engineering that addresses the evolving needs of industry and society.
